Privacy notice

What we collect

• When you list a property: your name, phone, email, company, the property details, address, map pin and photos.
• When you enquire or post a requirement: your name, phone, email, company and message.
• When you create an account: your name, e-mail, phone, company, password (stored only as a one-way hash) and, if you add them, GST and billing details.
• When you buy a plan: the plan, amount, payment status and Razorpay's payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay and never reach us.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, used only to stop spam and abuse and to keep accounts safe.

How we use it

To review and publish listings, to contact you about your listing or enquiry, and to connect owners with businesses looking for space. We do not sell your details.

What is public

Published listings show the property details, the area or estate, an approximate map area and the photos. Owner phone numbers, e-mail addresses, exact addresses and exact map pins are never shown publicly. Location data stored inside photos is removed when they are uploaded.

Who we share it with

When you enquire about a listing, we may share your name, company and requirement with that property's owner or broker so they can arrange a visit. Our hosting, storage, e-mail and payment (Razorpay) providers process data on our behalf.

Cookies and statistics

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in; there are no advertising or tracking cookies. To see which pages and searches are useful we count visits per page and day, without cookies and without storing IP addresses.

AI tools

Our team uses AI services from Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), Mistral AI and Groq to help read requirements and draft replies. Phone numbers and e-mail addresses are removed before any text is sent, and a person checks every reply before it is sent. Depending on the provider and plan, the provider may keep the text for a limited time or use it to improve its services.

How long we keep it

For as long as the listing or enquiry is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for our records. You can ask us to remove a listing at any time.

To see, correct or delete your details, or to withdraw a listing, contact us at info@FarbeEnterprise.com or +91 98253 17032. This contact is also our grievance officer for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; we reply within 7 days.
