Step 7: Review after the first few months

Once the warehouse has been running for a while, check whether it is doing what you rented it for. Is space well used, or are some areas empty while others overflow? Are transfers to the plant on time? Do stock records match physical counts? Is the cost in line with your estimate once staff, security and transport are included?
